Just thought I would update on my no goose eggs. Well all of the sudden the switch went on. Pilgrims, Africans, Americans, and one Sebbie laying. I went out to check this past weekend and and I had nests with eggs.

Congrats on the ducks & goslings. Sorry about little Beaky. The cross beak looks pretty bad. I have heard of some people working with cross beak chicks and somewhat making the beak straighter, however the process sound like it takes a lot of hand on and time. It certainly makes sense...
So glad to see this post. I keep looking at all the lovely pictures thinking I would be ashamed to post pictures currently of mine. Most of mine have the muddy looks from all the snow and melting lately or the lawn mower look.
Got a EGG from the African group yesterday.
This is a beautiful...
Aspen so sorry about the loss of your girl.
I had two come up missing last year but I believe mine was taken by a human predator. Never ever had a goose disappear and then in one week two female Sebastopols (Lavender & Splash) and the nicest looking ones. Weird thing was they were taken...
Beautiful. Congratulations on the win. My white male I hatched from your eggs 4 years ago is my nicest looking male and a nice temperment also. He doesn't feel the need to hiss every time I walk by.

Thanks for the pictures. I can see the difference somewhere between a Lavender & Blue. I leaning toward mine being blue now that I see the comparison. Your birds are lovely.

Just wondering if you have any blues you could post for comparison in color. I have a blue pair that I purchased from Holderread four years ago and they look very close in color to your picture. I am wondering how much difference there is between blue and powder blue. Thanks.
