Id would guess that its a girl. The darker they are when they hatched the better odd of them being a female. I hope that helps!

Jean, those youngsters look like they will be good birds! Very nice heads on them already. I bought to pairs of sebs this spring one pair from patty zimmerman and the other pair from audrey overton. I can't wait to see how they look this fall:D I am planning on going to a few shows and seeing...

just by looking id guess the left 2 are ganders and the right 2 are hens. Cant tell on the middle one, maybe a hen? i could be wrong though its hard to tell without actually watching them and see how they interact with each other.

If you keep taking them she will just keep laying. I just collect them and incubate them. That will give you more chances at more goslings. That keeps them in better cotdition also incase you want to show her also

Ya I am finding that out. I have a few birds and want 2 buy a few more. I got my start from holdereads when I was 10 and fell inlove with the breed!

Does any one have show quality sebastopol geese or goslings for sale? I am looking for some new bloodlines.
