That sounds very similar to the plan I have. My first hatch of barnyard mix will be mostly freezer campers, however my neighbors want some good layers. I have Welsummers, Ameraucana, Jersey Giants, Barred Rock, Buff Orp, Speckled Suss, and a few egg layers. I really like the wellies best, good...- jdopler
