Average hatch day is day 21 and they can hatch up to day 25 so your still in the zone. Hope they hatch!

also should i build nest boxes for my ducks or will they lay and make their nests where they want to? should i put down straw?

I wonder if I made a really small nest box hole if it would keep more then on hen getting in there... to help with broodies? any thoughts on designing nest box so a broody will be left alone?

No muscovy eggs yet but I had a welsh harlequin duck egg waiting on me this morning. I just got the welsh yesterday and love them!

I have a broody brahma. She failed on her first hatch because she flew into another side of the barn and couldn't get back. Should I trim her wings and try again or will she be ok on the other side with all the other hens? I worry about letting her hatch over there because what if they lay in...

My broody brahma jumped over my half door where she was on eggs to my other room and then couldn't get back and the eggs got cold. Almost all of them were developing too. I think I am going to let her try again. How many eggs should I put under her?

I have yet to find any of my muscovy eggs since winter... but I only have one hen. I am trying to wait patiently... LOL
