You just enter them in the show the same as you would any other breed. Yours would be shown as blue laced red Wyandotte bantams in the RCCL class. Because they are not a recognized variety they are not supposed to place any higher than best of variety. That being said, I did have one judge...

I have Bantam BLRW. My birds received Best of Variety at all the shows I took them to last year. Here are a couple of my younger pullets from this year.
I don't know about the large fowl but in the bantams a nice medium blue seems to do best. Too dark of a blue and there is not enough contrast with the red so that the lacing does not stand out well. A medium or lighter blue tends to really show the lacing better.

Your girl has ear tufts so definitely not a Wyandotte. She is for the most part blue laced red though. Probably a cross or from someone working on that color in another breed.
