    Get either a small electrical unit or a solar unit, plastic fence insulators and wire. You don't need the big fancy ones that will hold a raging bull elephant. Call around around and ask about small animal electric fencing and make sure they don't think you are taking about the invisible...

    Which side of town are you on? Pet's Barn on Dyer has electric fence I think, Lowes probably does, the feed store in Canutillo does. I'm sitting in Starbucks on Transmountain right now across from Wal Mart. I'm pretty sure North East Feeds has them too.
