I have a 2 month old Dominique cockerel. Vax for Marek's and coccidia, hatchery born. Just started to crow last weekend, hasn't squeaked every day though.

I'd also recommend giving them probiotics. Stress can upset the normal good bacteria in the body, probiotics can help bring them back to normal. Probiotics can also assist in building up the immune system.

If she's within city limits, chickens and roosters are OK with restrictions. Noise, setback of coop and building codes. Oh and probably odor and pests fall under some regulation or another. The city website recommends talk to neighbor first, if not helpful use citizen's mediation board...

What are the laws where you live? Within city limits? Type of neighborhood?
What is the neighbor complaining about? Is it true?
If the complaint was made to you, how did the neighbor act?
Ask the labs if they get deliveries through/for any of the labs. When I was in CA we could send stuff to UCDavis through IDDEX lab. Much less than USPS, Fedex, etc and it got there that night if we caught the midnight driver.
