    Some people just shouldn't be allowed to own animals!!

    (last year she put her 3 dead rabbits in a grocery bag and tied it to a light post outside her house and left them there for like 4 months) It kind of sounds like she is mentally ill. I don't think a sane person would do that. Even a really lazy one. Poor animals..
