Oh no, I'm quite sure they aren't blackshoulders. With blackshoulders, you can see the faintest tan on their flight feathers- yours have white white white flight feathers. If you want to know what gender the whites are, instead of waiting a couple years, you can always DNA sex them... -

The white one on the left side of the bottom pic is definitely a white, and the white one on the right side of the bottom pic looks to be a white as well but it's hard to see the flights. Honestly from the picture, if you compare it to the pic of my girl's back (and the other girl I have confirmed pictures/later gender on), it looks like a box full of girls from this angle. The one to the far right (middle) looks the closest to male, but even then it's got the white tips on the... -
