First one of mine hatched this morning - another 1/2 way out, some movement in the others. crossing fingers! ETA: 2nd one got out but died...not sure what went wrong. :-(

Put 12 in the incubator this morning. So many questions it seems a miracle if any hatch. :-/ Some talk about standing them - what's that? The time loading the incubator dropped the temp a bit - but if it needs turned twice a day doesn't that cause temp fluctuation? And that reduces hatching?
