Quote: Yes it is the outside wall of the library/police station. It looks like there is a covering on the wall with pockets where the plants are growing. They get nutrients and water somehow between the wall and this covering.- jojo54

Growing Green Wall
I was in White Rock, BC visiting my SIL and came across this green wall on their library. The pics don't do it justice and I hope to visit again when everything is growing. If you are in the area check it out - it's a real eye-opener. I posted more pics on my blog for those interested...- jojo54
