It is more mental than anything else. Someone didn't clean it good enough and I got a good bit of hair in my mouth.

Thanks for clarifying. What's funny is that I rarely eat pork, makes my blood pressure sky-rocket . I usually trade it off for venison or beef brisket. We do considerable amount of bartering around here. I can't stand rabbit.

I've been trying to fill my freezer with meat cheaply as possible. Last night I got an idea when I heard strange noises coming from my fence line. It was wild hogs! If they come back somebody is gonna have a lot of pork roast, ribs, and bacon!! Nothing is as yummy as free fresh meat!
