    You have to leave the little buggars in there awhile like 2 minutes or more so the temp cools to the core body temp, if not you will just end up getting her wet.     I always recommend the cold dunking method, but so many people freak out over the technic. It's a good method, it makes sense, it's safe, and it work's, what's not to like.
