Forced air shouldn't have had much in the way of "hot spots" where some eggs could develop more than others so I would assume the other eggs are probably not going to hatch. it sounds like the late chick might have used to much energy escaping the egg? Is it just weak? Maybe sugar water to give...- FeatheredObsessions

Float test
If they do hatch they will probabkly be weaker than day 24 chick and/or have leg and neck deformaties. Are you using a still air incubator or forced air?- FeatheredObsessions
