I will post pic after work today. with a sawzall you can cut the thickness in less than half and have a solid plastic wall that is literally only 3/4" thick and each pallet can make 2 usable halves that are both 48" by 40". way less waste and easier to clean and lasts forever.

I am building a coop right now, and had been gethering wood pallets to do this until 2 days ago when I pulled up to where i get pallets, to my behold there were 2 stacks of black plastic ones! I had never seen plastic ones! They were sweet!! I stacked 5 inside my scion XB. Going to get more...
