½ cup roasted pumpkin seeds
½ cup pecans, chopped
½ cup almonds, whole
½ cup sunflower seeds
1 cup oats
¼ cup salt
zest from 1 orange
½ cup fresh orange juice
½ cup maple syrup
1 cup brown sugar
¼ cup butter
