I have 10 chickens... whites, reds, barbed rocks, and arachanas (SP?). They are fed a layer crumble, cracked corn (except when they get veggies), oyster shells and veggie scraps (corn cobs, potato peels, tomatoes, zuchini, squash.... whatever else we have on hand) I have one water dispencer that...
For the last few months my chickens have been laying eggs where the white of the egg has a spongy texture. They taste like an egg but the texture is just off. It doenst matter if they are fried or hard boiled the texture is the same. Any thoughts?
