Fred's Hens : Agree. My garden fields have not had any applications of herbicides or pesticides for 3 years. They are now organic. Gotta start somewhere, and this three year waiting period is all that can be done. that is completely different than continually purchasing non organic baby...- kfacres

what came first? the chicken or the egg.. Those Cx chicks, came from eggs-- and those eggs came from parental Cx birds.. Those parental Cx birds, were fed GMO grain and feeds-- which directly effects the Cx chicks you purchase. It just goes to ask the question... how far back do these...- kfacres

Quote: Agree 1000%. I go to my local grass fed farmer and buy ground beef for $5 and he sells out so fast that I have to reserve ahead of time. Not to mention he puts really good cuts into it, at $5 it seems cheap. The ground beef at the grocery store doesnt even compare. It runs about $3...- kfacres
