ok GOOD NEWS on rosey. we went to our local vet. they cut it stitched it put some preperation H on it gave her an antibiotic shot. took about 15 min the charge was only like 27$ i was afraid of maybe 200 since they did have to cut and stitch. but she still has to pass...

If you can't find a solution and don't want to or can't operate on her, it may be kindest to cull her. A prolapsed vent is a rather serious medical issue.
