That is a lot of money and time well spent the coop looks amazing. I just did my garden fence as well I used cattle panels with regular old chicken wire around the bottom, but from the looks of your coop I bet yours will be fancier than that lol.

Welcome adkhunter, and that coop looks great. I hate to know what you spent on it but it will definitely do the job for 6 RIRs.Does it come with a chicken run? Are you going to free range? or just keep the "cooped up?"
My coop is 5x3 and from 3.5 to 2.5 feet tall. With an 8x5 run that is 4 feet tall. And mine cost over double so i guess that's about par for the course.
Of course mine came with frustration, stress, blood, sweat, and time and I can't really put a price on that.
Yeah if i move up to a bigger one I will probably buy it, unless I win the lottery and quit my job, but then again I won the lottery so why not just buy....anyways. That is a great looking coop I can tell it was built by pros! I found that my run was the easy part to build so don't be too timid...
Yeah no kidding! I thought people selling them on craigslist was a rip off until about halfway through building ours. But mine is one of a kind thats for sure!
Well it took me a lot longer and and a lot more money than I originally thought it would but my small coop is finally finished (for the most part, still have some outside trim pieces to put up) but I thought it turned out alright.
