It could be around 5 days. I was only guessing by the size. It's hard to tell from the picture. The embryo does look to be normal. Is there a particular reason that you opened the egg?- TriciaHowe

Yes, you opened a normal, fertilized egg which killed the embryo inside (looks to be about 10 days or so).- TriciaHowe
