Yh its literally the first few hours. for the first 36 hours of my two babies lives they were seperated and only saw me. then after 36 hours i introduced them to eachother. they have a really strong bond with eachother but they will follow me always. im like permenant mummy ducks and my bond... -

I was in my room and donald and daffy my two rouen ducks were playing in the house. i decided to watch an episode of american dad and as soon as the intro song came in donald jumped on my bed and sat on a pillow to watch. it made me laugh soo much that i recorded a video. hope you enjoy as much... -

Its awesome that in america you can just buy ducklings. in the uk all ive found is hatching eggs on ebay which is how i got my little rouens. i wish i could just walk into somewhere with a bunch of ducklings and choose a bunch to buy and take home :D i would end up spending hours there looking... -

yes then there rouens. that basically what a rouen is. its a massive flightless rouen. check out some of my videos so you know what to expect. mine are 11 months old and heres a few pics -

looks like a mallard or could be a rouen. growth will tell if they get really big quick then its a rouen. mallards are about half the size or less in exhibition rouens -

Afternoon nap with Donald duck. he took over all my pillow and is wearing a diaper. im not sure where Daffy was i think he was playing outside with his food. Donald has become the mummy's boy now. i was sleeping and felt him come next to me and my sister took the picture whilst i was asleep. -

There amazing just to me they look weird. its because i have rouens and have never had call ducks and because its the same colouration it looked funny like tiny beak and all. haha. there really really cute thoe and cool pumpkin pic :D CONGRATS ON THE AWARD :D -

I have 2 males and they dont fight at all like roosters. occasionsally they have an arguement but its nothing serious. when theres girls around i think it might be a different story thoe. i only have 2 boys so yh -

Try this. take him in a sit him on your lap. let him relax and when he dose offer him some treats. let him become acustomed to your hands so pick him up take him around. do your normal things but with him with you. like with mine sometimes i completely forget there with me. i go for walks and... -

I cant seem to understand why soo many people have the problem of their ducks running away or coming to them only when they have food about? maybe the imprint wasnt strong enough because sometimes the imprint on their siblings. thats usually why the say if you hatch loads its good to keep them... -

Awwh sounds cute mine are similar but instead or running away is "Hey you, come hang out with us and take us to the park or on the bus but touch my cage or touch me in my cage imma bite you very hard until you possibly bleed" there soo bitey when there in there cage/sleeping box. but one there... -
