I have never eaten a guinea egg either. I hatch all of the eggs I get from my hens. I eat the eggs from my chickens. How do guinea eggs taste different?
Oh yeah! and I can't wait for it all to start! I really try to make sure none of them go broody, cause as soon as they do something is sure to get them.
