Transitioning to Seed
I raised 2 baby mourning doves last summer! they were 2 days old when the nest fell. I raised them on cheerios and chiicken feed made into a paste, to wean them I just sat seed i with them and *pecked* it with my fingers until they realized it was food.- KWAK
