    i am planning on just using a sourdough recipe from one of my books and replace their starter for mine, i will let you know how it goes, i am also planing on making sourdough pancakes on saturday which are my husbands favorite, i may make them with buckweat flour (my fav)

    I want to get a few silkies this year :) maybe I will even be able to get them to hatch, out of over 2 dz eggs I had one survive (only 10 made it past the first candling) then 5 to lock down, and 2 hatched
