Hello, Sounds like an abcess (bumble foot) to me. You can do a warm Epson Salt compress and fill a syringe with the warm ESalt water to flush the wound. Is this bird a pet or are you going to process? You can post on the Turkey section of the forum for more help. Hope this helps, Maye
