I'll get some better better pictures of him for you, he don't have any leakage. he color is very uniform, that was just a shadow I guess. that was him in a quarantine pin when I first got him. I appreciate the help,it seems I'm constantly learning.

I agree, they are people selling chick's and don't even truly know what they got. I can't tell you how many times I went to buy chicks only to inform the "breeder" that what there isn't what they are advertising.

for some true self blue (lavender) ameraucanas don't be surprised to pay 15-20$ for a unsexed chicks. and that's a good price depending on the the breeder and where they are in there breeding program. Mine are f2 progeny.

the 2 black ones are black copper marans.
