They are not all EE's if they say they are Ameraucauna's , you shouldn't confuse people like that. If they say they are Ameraucauna's then they are, with probably little misplaced EE's- AmazingChickens

Compare the coloring to chicks that you have had experience with, for example, I can tell if a chick is an ameracauna because I have 3, and that is what the coloring is, the better variety of chicks you get the more you tell what they are, I don't have much of the same breed of chickens- AmazingChickens
