You may want to make a frame to hang from your ceiling to hang the fabric from. Something light like pvc pipe would work, or a hula hoop. Something you can fasten the fabric to, but that would be able to hold the fabric up it you rolled over and tugged on it. Nothing heavy that would hurt you...
