    I will however just say that heat stoke and frostbite are opposites with the same possible results. Last June I went to gather eggs and found a dead bird from heat stroke.

    My birds were huddled around their heat lamp in the barn this morning. The others love their coup so don't mind all being in the small space right now.

    It could but it is expected. If you have pullets they should keep laying. Now for coop heating Murdoch's has heaters. I am also in Aurora, but near Parker.

    I don't even currently know Colorado breeders with those breeds of the top of my head.

    Good question. I know there are a couple. One is out of Palacade and I know there was a pheasant breeder near Delta. The one from Palacade has pretty good Bantams.

    That's really crazy. I have a feeling I will be told how I have raised enough chicks this year. Is anyone interested in chicken showing? We have a show Saturday.

    Hi. I'm from the city unfortunately but am just getting going and find this thread, so I thought I'd join. I'm into showing and participate in a lot of shows in Colorado.
