They are at the bottom of the pecking order but yes they are cute and will hopefully start laying soon so I can hatch them! I am starting to collect eggs for a quail hatch as well. They are some odd patterned eggs but I love em.
She is a bantam. She is a Quail Black Bearded Belgium D'Andres. So she is a quail bantam is what they called her. basically a mini bantam. I have Coturnix quail as well and they do have friends.
