Hello everyone, Long time, no see. I wish I could be back now with good news. It's been quite the past year for me, I had a knee operation that took me "out of commission" for a few months. Unfortunately, it's looking like I might need another knee surgery. With that being said, I will...

My ducks have installed a "lovely" pond for me in a low area of the yard. That's fine, didn't want grass there anyways... Hope everyone is doing well, I'm running around like a headless chicken over here. Sorry for being inactive!

Atleast it didn't need surgery, although I'm not a big fan of steroid shots... something about the thought of the needle in the joint ... I will be getting a knee fixed in April. Not too sure about the whole, "rest" thing.

Add some raisins and extra cinnamon and say it's for the heart health and anti-inflammatory benefits! Am I a bad influence? Possibly.

Oh boy, isn't that the truth. I almost got pushed over by a gust of wind, not sure whether to laugh or be embarrassed. A couple of my smallest hens were being pushed about too. I need to put up a sort of wind block to keep the snow (where?) and the wind from reaching the coop doors...

It was you!:tongue I don't think there's anything especially wrong with my knee, atleast I hope not as I've been walking on it the past 5 weeks. I'm hoping it's something that will get better with rest. My mother stumbled over the dog and dislocated her little toe. (Dog was fine.) Beginning...

Oh Mary, Now that I look back, I'm not sure if there really was a specific reason or just me thinking, "one more day and it'll be fine". I learned my lesson! She is the size of an OEGB! Very petite little fuzz ball. I thought the fuzz gene was recessive, but a lot of the kids are fluffy, and...

Hello y'all, I know I said I'd be more active and then disappeared, my bad. I would like to know why my great grandparents went from one freezing place to another. Hurt my knee about the last time I chatted, going in for an MRI tomorrow. Doctor said something is probably snapped and my...

I have tried to learn how to crochet, I evidently just don't have it in me to keep at it. My current project, well, if my knee stops hurting. Tomorrow I call the vet and see if he suggests an MRI for my knee. I hope no physical therapy.

Do tell what sort of procedure it is? I find medical stuff absolutely fascinating. Hope it'll be an easy recovery, sitting isn't easy, I know but it's necessary for healing.

I have several art commissions I've been working on, I'll add pictures if there's interest. It absolutely kills my back to be working on them for too long, but I enjoy it. Maybe I need to find a desk or something.
