    If u want to "hot" smoke them hard boil boil eggs so they are medium done. Peel shell as normally would. Put in smoker for about 1-2hrs at about 145-150degree, longer if u want smoker flavor:) for "cold" smoking u need a "smoke generator" which makes smoke without heat, easy to make if you...

    Tried my hand at "cold" smoking some extra hardboiled eggs today. Wife thought I was crazy.. well I may be a little.lol. but they turned out great:) highly recommend trying it....

    I may be wrong but looks like a Norway maple bud to me. The easiest way to identify a sugar maple is clear sap in the "petiole" aka stem. It attaches to the leaf blade. A Norway will have white sap in the stem. Not sure what kind of bug ya got there though.

    A sugar maple will have Brown Sharp tipped buds. A Norway maple will have more of a blunt green or reddish purple bud. Hope this helps.

    Yes my two dogs also love the "poo". Not sure what can be done to correct it though:( I look on the bright side of it. If it not making them sick or something,although gross it's less that I have to clean up and step in.lol

    I just installed the"pullet shut"door a few weeks ago.
