Yes - he loves A Land Before Time. He is definitely a dinosaur fan. I had resigned myself to the strong possibility of Godzilla. He had mentioned it many times, but I wasn't quite prepared for Long Neck. I'm sure when folks hear the name they are going to be searching for a long necked chicken...- Katz5617

Well Long Neck came from my youngest grandson and was voted on by the oldest twin. The only abstaining vote was the second twin and the granddaughter didn't care one way or another. Long neck is from his dinosaur collection - he calls his brochiosaurus Long Neck.- Katz5617

I let my grandchildren choose the name and they take "ownership" of those even though paw paw and I are the ones who care for them and feed them. They know exactly which girls are theirs and they keep a close check on them. They know which ones are the friendliest and it's sort of a competition...- Katz5617
