I agree what you are saying, there does seem to be a lot of people that are "paranoid" about there food, it's almost like Cibophobia.
We [The wife, kids and I] grow most of our food and make a percentage of other products because;
(1) - We can
(2) - We like too
(3) - It cost me a whole lot...
You do not by any food at all?
You don't by any meat, fruits or vegetables etc.[or food products, example salt, baking soda, baking powder, pepper, cooking oils etc]
I will also add that Organic Seeds are not rare.
Chris
Most people are not "rich" enough to eat organic food or even feed it [organic feed] to there livestock.
I'll give you a good example on how some people are trying to rip the people off by putting the "Organic" label on something.
Baker Creek sells Organic Roma Tomato Seed at 1.25 for 25 seeds...
I will agree with that, once someone puts a "Non-GMO" or "Organic" label on a product that price jumps nearly twice as much as the same product not labeled as such.
Chris
I didn't see either a Trade Mark ("TM"), Service Mark ("SM") or a Copy Right Mark ("C") after there business name are you sure they are a "Patented or Trade Marked Business? Just registering a business name with the State and having a vendor's license does not protect the name from others using...
You posted information and a link referring to GMO,
From the link you posted --
Quote:
genetically modified organisms, prohibit commingling or contamination during processing and handling,
and require preventative practices to avoid contact with GMOs. Organic agricultural
products...
Do you have a link that states that the 5% non-organic matter can not be non-organic pesticide, fertilizer, cleaning products, weed killer etc?
Quote:
Don't you think that if it could not be the products I listed that they would have listed it? Like they listed that it could not be GMO...
Wow if you don't understand my post something is wrong then.
Let's try it like this.....
This is the part I agree with.
Quote:
Now I added (trying to talk to you but as I see now when right over your head) that the 5% could be anything including the products I listed.
Is it that...

There is your post.
I then posted,

I was agreeing that the 5% can have non-organic products in it and I said that the 5% could be a non-organic products such as Fertilizer, Pesticide, Cleaning Products Weed Killer etc.
WOW we have a bunch of miss-reading...
You are missing the point!

No Trap, Just a question, assuming will get you no where.
I would ask you how much food you grow for you and your family but judging by your post I quoted and not even trying to answering my simple question I think I know the answer.
