I agree with Chris. Bulk is large quantities. While 250 lbs may seem like bulk to you,it isn't for for mills. The mill I buy at sells bulk (delivered by bulk trailers and truck) and large quantity discounts for 1000lbs or more which you can pick up or have delivered for a fee.There goes the...
