Those look like hatchery quality Silver Laced Wyandottes. Nothing wrong with hatchery Wyandottes, the lacing just isn't as good on them. I loved all my hatchery SLW's. They lay very well and are super sweet.

Missing tail feathers could be a sign of mites. Before you take them home and even put them in the car, check them for mites/lice and if they have some don't buy them.
