And since everyone’s talking about gardens, our vegetable gardens are faring well. I specifically planted some Green Beans aside from the family garden. I love green bean casserole, so why not have fresh green beans? 😊
Thank you. :)
Well, the coolness of the rain is better than a sunburn I suppose, lol. 😉
That is Bootsie. He is Buff Brahma x Ref Bantam Cochin. He’s gentle and has a good demeanor, and he’s right in between standard size and that little bantam size. His mother is very small, even for a banty.
Hey Washington folks!
How’s it going? I know it’s been forever since I’ve stopped by here. Hoping for a sunnier start of summer. Here in North Kitsap it seems like the weather can’t make up its own mind.
I like it too, to an extent. 😉 Ours have forest cover too, most of them are hiding in the back shade. A few our out dusting themselves.
I might squirt the dirt some, helps it to be cool. Although I’m sure it will dry up.
Aw man. Hoping there’s been a change since Tuesday. :hugs
My brother had a covid case, quarantined in his room for about a week. No one else caught it fortunately.
Aw, hoping the bun gets better. And congrats on the sales!
Things have been okay. My sister and I will be heading to in-person classes for 3 hours, four days a week (Mon-Thurs). We’ve done the last two school years over the computer.
I am so pleased to know that Washington is one of the homes to the beautiful Killer Whales (Orcas).
I painted this craft jar tonight, and wanted to fit our Washington waters and an Orca in it. I also plan to paint a glossy overcoat to give it a glassy appearance.
We hope to convert them to indoor/outdoor cats in the future. But the female would likely run away first chance she gets. So we have been training them on harnesses and leashes. Can’t harm any birds that way.
On the topic of little birds, are two one year old cats will sit on a bench and look out our sunroom windows, chirping and flicking their tails all over. They go NUTS for the birds. They pace and jump at the windows too. 🙄
