    Doesn't apply to poultry, though. Peronally, I think it's perfectly fine because chickens in the wild eat their own dead as well as any other carcass they encounter. Protein is protein, and omnivores do need animal protein in their diets.

    Today was smorgasbord: hand-fed BOSS (to make sure even the shyer birds get treats), a fresh head of cabbage hung for them from the shepherd's hook they KNOW is for their Tether Cabbage games, and the rinds and seeds to two cantaloupe.
