They usually have barred rocks, white leghorns, brahmas, orpingtons, "ameraucana" and a shipment if assorted bantams. Is what our TSC usually carries.

I picked me up some Black Sex-Link chicks today got a nice heavy looking cockrel and two nice looking pullets! I'll post pics tomorrow! :D

Thank you guys for all the help and support. I have a friend of mine going to start incubating about 2-3 dozen for me sometime this week.:) so I will hopefully have some babies she's a little more experiaced then me!! Haha.

I didn't help him out but I did remove the shell after he passed and his sack was nearly drawn up but he was twisted in the shell sideways like I said before. I guess fro$m the low temps I had weak babies I will be setting again after I get my taxes back and get my new bator so wish me luck then!

I think he gave up on me he's not gaping anymore or moving. I was so close. :(

Ok, his veins are nearly dried up but I'm going to give him a little bit. It could also be from how cramped he is in the egg. He's like all balled up near the air sack area, which I already capped. But he's still trying to push but he can't move anywhere. His toes are curled up near his head and...

Ok thank you, but what about his chirping he trys to talk back to me when I talk to him but no sound comes out of his little mouth. :( could this be a problem??
