    Got 3 more eggs yesterday 2 were pullets. Yay! And another egg today. Puts my total at 7 in 5 days. Im so glad they started laying.

    Finally getting eggs again here too. Cant stand store bought eggs. But my old girls molted and my new heritage rocks hadnt started yet so we had a drought here. But ive had 3 pullet eggs in 4 days from my 4 pullets. Yay!

    I started growing peas 2 years ago. I hate peas. Not anymore. We havent had a single pea make it into the house yet. We eat those suckers like candy.

    I dont have much property to work with in town so my new pen runs the length of my house on one side. The other three sides are privacy fenced. The are as probably 25x60. Never measured it. My coop is 12x10 and it is inside the fence so its pretty close to the house here!

    I love draft horses. As soon as we get to the country i will be getting a drum horse for riding and some work. Plus a huge list of other critters. Cant wait.

    Baaker creek and bountiful gardens are my favs they have heirlooms and lots of organics. We also have a seed/plant swap in the swap forum. Most of us have heirloom and grow organic. I got a to try a lot of different stuff this year from the swap.
