Agreed so hard. I'd kill for apricot or snowy mallards!

We only clipped one wing on our mallard, and she has never tried to fly since (this year). She clearly tried out flying with 1 unclipped wing and hated it, haha. Will a duck go broody without breeding? I'm just surprised that our little girl, Pteradactyl, is still laying every day.

We have two ducks that are 4 1/2 months old, and ONE of them finally just laid their very first egg on Sunday. One is a mallard and the other seems to be a blue swedish. Can anyone tell me which duck this egg belongs to? It's smaller than any chicken eggs we get from our hen and way smaller...
