Corid dosage is 10 ml (2tsp) of Corid liquid per gallon of water. Corid powder dosage is 1 1/2 tsp per gallon. Give it for 5-7 days as the only sourve of water.
Corid is for coccidiosis and found at feed stores. It is not an antibiotic. It comes in liquid (cheaper) and powder. Can you check the temperature with a thermometer under the lamp in the hottest spot? How old are they?
