    I doubt it. i would be far more worried of too dry. I need to check this dry hatch method out, but low humidity ruined my first batch.

    dehumidifier set on low - you don't want to completely dry it out. - or turn on the AC.

    I think cmfarm is right - I never heard of going so low - I thought it needed to be between 40 and 50 the first 18 days, then 60-70 until hatch. You could simply dry them out before they get started.
