To do it legally, you need to investigate the small business practices of your state of residence. Example: I live in Oklahoma. To sell on Etsy I need to buy a $20 license, keep records, and file taxes on the business. Etsy doesn't track whether or not you are legal, as far as I can tell...- Krysstyllanthrox
