The Blackjack is used on the floor, and won't be seen, once covered with your coop's bedding. Use regular exterior white paint, for the walls and ceiling of the coop. That's what I did. You don't even want to attempt to paint the inside with the Blackjack.
It drys smooth. It would work great on your slide out floor. Only downside I can think of would be cost. Unless you can find it in 1gal cans, it would be kinda HighDollar to use on a small pull out shelve/floor.

Just make sure you can get plenty of airflow under there, to help keep it dry. You could install some of those crawlspace vents you see on houses. That way, you get the airflow you need and keep out wildlife, (rodents or whatever).
