So sorry about the chick. Quail chicks can be a bit more delicate than chicken chicks. They are much more sensitive to drafts and over heating. Good luck with the other baby. :-)

How is the chick this morning? For future reference, if a chick over heats, you can help it by cooling it down. Remove it from the heat and let it sit at room temp for 30 mins or so. Put some ice cubes in the water as well. Does it have any other symptoms this morning?
