    Hi Rancher Hicks, Thank you for responding. I'd love the recipes for the Fig/Strawberry jam with balsamic vinegar and the Fig and vanilla jam. They both sound wonderful. The figs are combined with my favorite ingredients, especially vanilla.

    Hi everyone, I was wondering if anyone has a great canning recipe for figs? My daughter bought a house last spring and we were surprised to find one of the trees was a fig tree. I'd love to can them whether it's making jam, butter, whole or whatever is good. Any recipes?
