I canned 5 quarts of bread and butterr pickles last night....
I'm a bit behind the picking....These pickles are so good and easy and will last for 11 months.

Re waterbathing green beans, you must have a pressuer canner.....
or you can freeze them after blanching....
or you can m,ake pickled green beans without a pressure canner....

In the last week, 10 pints of fig preserves, 10 quarts of tomatoes, over 30 quarts of veggie soup, frozen about 20 quarts of limas, peas, and 5 quarts of green beans and 9 pints of pear preserves....
That's it for the week and planning this weeks foray....
