    First time I canned sliced mushrooms with the raw pack I got all done and thought-that can't be it, that's just WAY too easy. LOL! And it was but they were EXCELLENT! Canned mushrooms and canned onions are my favorite things to have on hand now and both are super easy to put up.

    I'm canning beans. I've been having so much fun with my canning that I just don't want to stop so I went to the store and bought a whole bunch of dried beans and canned them. We now have another 70 pints of canned black and red beans. What's next? Wish I had some salmon to can....

    I'm canning more turkey today and then I'm going to can some more beans and then I may be out of stuff to can (HORRORS!!!!) so if anyone needs anything canned bring it on over because I'm still on a canning high.

    Hey Acre, what do you use that Chili sauce for? That sounds like something my kids would love. I've been canning more spaghetti sauce and I'm running low on my cream of chicken soup so I'll need to can some more of that this weekend.
